Authorities, traditions and institutions get questioned by you on principle, and the principle is generally sound. It also means you spend a lot of energy on rooms that were never going to change.
Pick which institutions are worth the argument. Reforming one of them properly is worth more than being reliably contrarian in twelve.
A worldview built to be updated
What you believe is provisional by design, and that is closer to intellectual honesty than to instability. Most people's frameworks stop taking new information at some point; yours has not, and it makes you unusually able to change course when the facts do.
Keep a written record of what you thought and when. Without one, the revisions look like drift, and you lose the evidence that you have been reasoning rather than wandering.
Work where the framework is still being written
Emerging fields, cross-disciplinary roles, work abroad and anything where the standard approach is failing suit you far better than an established discipline with settled methods. Novelty is a working requirement.
Move toward the edge of your field on purpose. The unglamorous new area, joined early, has produced more for people with this placement than seniority in a mature one ever does.
