Somebody watched you make something, and it mattered

Work that would not exist without you

Go to something arranged entirely by somebody else this month and contribute nothing whatsoever to the running of it, including opinions.
Joy is not a luxury item here
Without pleasure and play in the week, the heart and the back start reporting it, and the drop shows in your work long before you connect the two. This is the placement where enjoyment is functional rather than decorative. Put one genuinely frivolous thing in the diary and defend it like a deadline.
