Jupiter in Libra in the 6th House (House of Work and Health)

Libra says how Jupiter shows up; the 6th House says it happens in daily routine, work, body and health. Put the two together and you have the placement as it sits on a chart.

Who you work with decides how you work

Jupiter sits in Libra in your 6th house, so the ordinary working day rises or falls on the people in it: a good colleague doubles your output and a difficult one halves it. The task matters less than the company. What this needs is a job chosen for the people rather than the role.

That dependency is not weakness, it is the mechanism. You should be selecting jobs by who you would be sitting beside, and you have probably been selecting them by title and salary like everybody else.

Unfair process is intolerable

A workplace where the rules apply unevenly bothers you more than one that is simply demanding, and you will spend real energy on a procedural injustice that does not affect you personally. That instinct is valuable and it is also a way of being drawn into other people's disputes. Choose which ones you take up, since you cannot take up all of them and everybody has noticed you will try.

Work taken on to keep things even

When somebody is overloaded you absorb part of it, not from ambition but because the imbalance is uncomfortable to watch. Several of these arrangements are now permanent. You would rather be tired than watch somebody carry more than their share. Hand one back explicitly, since a load taken on for the sake of fairness has, by being kept, become the new unfairness.

The office atmosphere reaches your body

Tension between colleagues affects your sleep, appetite and energy in a way the workload alone does not, and you will generally blame the hours. It is the atmosphere. A department at war costs you more sleep than a genuinely impossible deadline. When you feel worn down, look at what is unresolved between people rather than at what is unfinished on the list.

You will not have the difficult conversation

The performance discussion, the correction, the thing that needs saying to a colleague: you postpone all of it and manage around the problem instead, sometimes for years. The managing costs more than the conversation would. Say it in three sentences and stop talking, because your instinct will be to soften it until the content disappears.

Your routine needs to be pleasant to be kept

Austere regimes fail with you inside a fortnight, and the ones that hold are the ones with something enjoyable built in: the walk somewhere lovely, the exercise done with a friend, food you actually want. That is not a lack of discipline. Choose the version you would look forward to, since for you enjoyment is the adherence mechanism and nothing else has ever worked.

The team matters more than the title

Every good stretch in your working life had a particular person in it, and every bad one had a difficult relationship at its centre. That pattern is consistent enough to plan around. Ask who you would be working with before you ask what the role involves, and be willing to decline a better job for a worse colleague.

The work has to be defensible

You need to be able to describe what you do without any embarrassment, and a job that would require justifying has never held you however well it paid. That is a real constraint rather than a preference, and it is worth respecting. Ask whether you would explain this role plainly to somebody you admire, since the answer has predicted every resignation you have ever made.

Colleagues become friends and stay friends

The people you have worked beside tend to remain in your life long after the shared job, largely because you maintained the relationship when nobody had to. That is a substantial network built almost by accident. Use it deliberately once a year, since it is entirely goodwill and it has never been asked for anything.

You keep the household running evenly

At home you take on whatever balances the arrangement: the task nobody wanted, the extra share during somebody else's difficult month. It is fair-minded and the balancing has become one-directional. Say what an even split would actually look like, in specific terms, because nobody else in the house has been doing the arithmetic.
