Venus in Leo in the 11th House (House of Community)

Leo says how Venus shows up; the 11th House says it happens in friends, community, future visions. Put the two together and you have the placement as it sits on a chart.

You are the one the group is arranged around

The 11th house is where your Leo Venus spends itself, so your friendships are warm, numerous and largely organised by you. You are the one who suggests, hosts, remembers and includes, and a surprising number of your circles would simply stop meeting without you.

This is a role you enjoy and it does not run on nothing. The generosity is real, the effort is invisible, and the group has become used to a level of warmth that arrives without anybody having to supply any. Say so before it becomes a grievance.

Loyalty offered before it has been earned

You back people early and wholeheartedly, sometimes on the strength of a good first impression, and you are then remarkably slow to revise. That generosity is why people are so fond of you and it has cost you at least twice. Give it in stages. The person who deserves the whole of it will still be there in six months.

Causes taken up with your whole chest

When something matters to you it gets your name, your money and your public support, and you are not embarrassed about any of it. That visibility genuinely helps a cause. What it needs from you is stamina rather than enthusiasm, so choose fewer things and stay with them, since the ones you left after eighteen months needed you at year three.

Wounded by being left out of something small

An evening you were not told about lands harder than it was meant to, and your response is generally silence rather than a question. Ask instead. The overwhelming majority of these were oversights rather than exclusions, and the version where you say nothing and quietly withdraw is how good friendships end for no reason at all.

You want the group to be worth belonging to

Any circle you are in eventually gets improved: better gatherings, higher standards, more generosity between members. You raise the level of the things you join. Notice that this is leadership rather than sociability, and let yourself take the formal role occasionally, since doing the job without the title is the version that eventually wears you out.

Romance in front of your friends

Your relationships live inside your circle: the partner brought along, the couple everybody knows, the shared social life. It suits you and it makes any ending a communal event. Agree with a partner early about what belongs to the two of you alone, because at present very little does, and the absence of a private layer is felt eventually.

The friends who became your people

You have built something family-shaped out of friendship, deliberately in some cases, and you treat those people with the loyalty a relative would get. That is a real achievement rather than a substitute for anything. Say the obligations out loud once, since chosen family that has never discussed its terms tends to discover them during a crisis.

Company is a requirement, not a preference

Long stretches alone flatten you, and you will keep working rather than admit that what you actually need is people. Book the company in as you would anything else. Two or three warm evenings a month do more for your condition than any amount of rest, which is worth knowing before the next quiet season arrives.

Generous at scale, and rarely reciprocated

You give more to your circle than any individual member gives back, which is arithmetic rather than a complaint about anybody. It still adds up. Ask for something concrete once a year, from one person, and notice how readily it is supplied. The imbalance persists mainly because nobody has ever been asked to correct it.

You get asked because you are the face of it

Groups put you forward: the speech, the approach to somebody important, the standing up in front of a room on everybody else behalf. It is a genuine role, it is unpaid, and it consumes the hours you needed for your own work. Take it only where you would want to be publicly associated with the group, and decline flatly everywhere else.
