Known for the way you put things
This Venus reads Gemini and lives in the 10th house, so your public standing rests on how you communicate. People remember your phrasing, your ability to make a tangled thing plain, and the fact that you can talk to almost anybody.
That is the reputation you have whether or not it appears in your job title. It also means your career is unlikely to be a single line: two or three fields, connected by the fact that you were the one explaining things in each of them, which is a career rather than a series of false starts.
Liked in public, which is not nothing
Your professional charm is real and it opens doors that competence alone does not. Rooms relax when you speak and people agree to things they had not planned to. Use it and do not rely on it entirely, since being liked and being trusted with something difficult are separate decisions, made by the same people on different days.
Taken less seriously than the work deserves
Lightness of manner leads people to underrate the substance behind it, and you will watch heavier colleagues be credited with your idea in a slower voice. The correction is not solemnity. It is writing things down, dated and circulated, so that the record exists independently of how it was delivered in the room.
Several careers, one actual thread
Looked at from outside your working life may seem scattered. Looked at properly there is a consistent thing you have been doing in every version of it. Find the sentence that names it and use that sentence when you introduce yourself, because the scattering is only a problem while the thread is undescribed.
You would rather resign than be bored
A position that has stopped teaching you anything becomes unbearable within about a year, and you will leave a good one for a more interesting worse one. That instinct has served you and it is expensive when unmanaged. Renegotiate the role before considering the exit, since half the boredom is fixable and none of it will be fixed unless you say so.
Do not let the audience get the best of you
You spend your liveliest hours being interesting in public and can arrive home with nothing left but logistics. Your partner then gets the version of you that answers questions in one word. Keep something back deliberately, or make the first twenty minutes at home a proper conversation, since that is the part that gets quietly given away.
Paid better for the same thing, said differently
Your income responds strongly to positioning: the identical work, described more precisely, is worth substantially more. That is not a trick, it is the part of the job you are best at. Spend a day a year on how you describe what you do, and expect it to pay more than a year of additional skill would.
A body of work, not a list of roles
The risk here is arriving at the end of a varied working life with nothing that holds together. The remedy is to produce something durable in each phase: written, recorded, published, taught. It need not be grand. It needs to exist outside the job, so that the thread you have been following is visible to somebody other than you.
They hear about your work from other people
You are busy, visible and quick, and your family often learns what you are doing from somebody else. It is not neglect, it is simply that you tell whoever is in front of you. Tell them first occasionally. The information is not the point; being the ones who heard it first is what they are actually asking for.
Too many open loops at once
Your particular kind of exhaustion comes from unfinished threads rather than from hours worked: eleven things in progress, none closed. Close three, even badly, before starting anything new. Completion is a rest for you in a way that a day off is not, because a day off leaves all eleven exactly where they were.
