You do the job whether or not anybody is watching
The 6th house is where your Capricorn Venus does its work, and the standard does not vary with the audience. Whatever you have taken on gets done properly, on time, including the parts nobody would notice if they were skipped, because skipping them is simply not available to you.
That produces a working life of considerable substance and almost no drama. Colleagues rely on you absolutely and rarely say so, since dependability of your kind stops being visible within about three months of being demonstrated.
Respect earned rather than requested
You do not ask to be taken seriously; you produce work until the question no longer arises. It is a slow method and it holds up better than any faster one. The cost is time, so use it deliberately where it counts and stop applying it to arrangements that will never notice the difference.
You will not complain, whatever it costs
Saying that the workload is unreasonable feels to you like an admission rather than a report, so you absorb and continue. Organisations adapt to that immediately and permanently. State the position factually at the second week, in numbers rather than in feeling, since the version delivered at the second year is a resignation.
Hierarchy is something you read accurately
You understand how an organisation actually works: who decides, what is owed to whom, which rules matter. That reading is usually correct and it makes you effective. It can also make you overly deferential to a structure that does not deserve it, so ask occasionally whether the hierarchy you are respecting has earned it.
The body pays for the endurance
You keep going through conditions that would have stopped somebody else, and the account is settled later, usually in the back, the sleep or a fatigue that arrives all at once. Your own judgement about when to stop is not reliable here. Set external limits and obey them, since the internal signal has been overridden for years.
Devotion delivered as reliability
What you offer a partner is that you will be there, do what you said, and handle what needs handling, for decades. It is substantial and it is not, on its own, romance. Add one thing a month that has no practical purpose whatsoever, since your particular kind of love is entirely legible in a crisis and rather quiet the rest of the time.
Your standard is higher than the specification
You deliver considerably more than the role asks for, quietly, and the organisation revises its expectations upward without revising anything else. Nobody set that standard except you. Do what the job actually specifies for one month and watch what happens: the answer teaches you more about your position than another year of exceeding it ever will.
Rest treated as something to be justified
Stopping while anything remains outstanding feels like a failure of duty, so recovery only happens once you are unable to continue. That pattern is expensive and entirely predictable. Book rest as a scheduled obligation rather than as a reward, since the schedule is the only authority you reliably obey.
Respected at work, and rarely invited
Colleagues think highly of you and do not include you in the casual part of working life, partly because your manner gives no indication that you would want to come. Frequently you would. Accept the next invitation you would normally decline, and say something entirely ordinary rather than professional while you are there, since the exclusion is largely of your own making.
Underpaid, and unlikely to raise it
You take on more than the role specifies and find asking about money distasteful, which is a reliable formula for being worth considerably more than you are paid. Nobody will correct it on your behalf. Ask once a year with the evidence written down, since the conversation you find undignified is the only mechanism available.
