Count what you are still holding privately
Count the things you have not let go of that nobody in your life is aware of: an old attachment, a grievance, an object, a version of a plan. Pluto in Taurus in the 12th house puts the holding where it cannot be observed, including by you.
The Taurus half of this is not personal: it belongs to a birth cohort covering many years, since Pluto colours the whole span identically. The 12th house is what your birth time added, and it is the individual half. It places the fixity in the hidden part of the chart, which is why your attachments are stronger than anybody around you realises and why you are frequently the last to notice them yourself.
A loss that was never described to you
There was a loss in your background that was not discussed, or a period of material insecurity that the adults managed without explaining. You absorbed the atmosphere and none of the facts. That is why the fear of things being taken operates so reliably in years when nothing is at risk: it was installed without evidence and cannot be argued with by evidence.
Where the intensity sits
In the body rather than in your account of yourself. You will report being fine while your jaw, your shoulders and your sleep report otherwise, and the physical version is the accurate one. That is not a metaphor here. Treat the body as the more honest witness, since it is reporting on material your conscious account has no access to.
How the calm is misread
People experience you as unusually steady and conclude that things do not affect you very much. The steadiness is real and the conclusion is wrong by a considerable margin. Say once to somebody close that the calm is a surface, since everybody has been taking it as a full account and adjusting what they bring you accordingly.
What letting go actually takes
Not a decision, which you have tried, and not insight, which you have plenty of. It takes something physical: the object actually removed, the place actually left, the repeated practice that works on the body rather than on the argument. Choose one physical act this year and let the understanding follow it rather than precede it.
The body holds what you did not process
Tension here accumulates rather than discharging, and it settles in the neck, the throat and a jaw that has been set overnight for years. Nothing about your daily life explains it. Anything that involves physical release rather than rest will do more than an early night, and the effect will be out of proportion to the effort.
You keep something back from everybody
Even with the people closest to you there is a reserve that has never been crossed, and it is not about any of them specifically. It has been in place so long that it feels like your character rather than a decision. Give one person one piece out of sequence this year, and observe that nothing you have been braced for actually arrives.
The attachment outlasts the relationship
When something ends you continue holding it internally for years, quietly and without mentioning it to anybody, and the outward version of you has moved on entirely. The two are genuinely separate. Say the true state to one person, since an attachment nobody knows about cannot be helped and does not resolve on its own timetable.
Something material was lost before you
A house, a business, a savings that went: something in your family's history removed the ground, and it reached you as an atmosphere rather than as an account of events. It has been running your caution ever since. Ask for the actual story from whoever still holds it, since the facts are almost always lighter than the residue.
You endure conditions nobody else would
Your tolerance for a difficult working situation is far above average, and you will stay through years that would have removed other people without ever mentioning what it costs. That capability has been used, mostly by you. Set a threshold in advance for what you will not endure, since in the moment you have never once located one.
