No warning light on a system this durable
You can hold an intensity most people could not sustain for a month, and because nothing accumulates into a visible signal there is no point at which the arrangement announces itself as a problem. The absence of a warning is the risk, not the workload. Fix a date in the calendar each year for a proper look at the whole picture, and keep it in the years when everything feels entirely fine.
