Other charts work alone; yours needs somebody in the room
Most temperaments can grind through a task in isolation. Yours slows to nothing. Mars in Libra in the 6th house makes ordinary work a relational activity, so your output depends on who else is present rather than on how difficult the job is.
The sign is why company is the fuel and the house is why it applies to daily tasks rather than to grand projects. That is why an afternoon with a colleague produces more than three alone, and why the working arrangements you find comfortable look inefficient to anybody who does not share the wiring.
The unfair rota is what actually annoys you
Not the volume and not the difficulty: what produces genuine anger is somebody carrying more than their share, particularly when it is not you. You will raise it on a colleague's behalf and absorb it silently on your own. Notice the asymmetry. Fairness that stops at your own name is not a principle, it is a habit.
You cannot say no to a reasonable request
Asked directly for something plausible, the refusal does not arrive in time, and by the evening you have accepted three things you did not have room for. Buy the time instead of the refusal: I will check and come back to you. Almost every no you have failed to say was possible an hour later.
A routine that only survives with a witness
Habits you keep alone quietly lapse and habits with somebody attached persist for years, and the difference has nothing to do with how much you wanted the outcome. Treating that as a defect has cost you several attempts at the solo version, each abandoned with the same conclusion about your character. Build the accountability in at the start instead: the standing appointment, the partner, the person who would ask where you were.
Working with somebody difficult costs double
A colleague you find abrasive does not merely make the day less pleasant, it measurably reduces what you produce, because the adjustment runs continuously in the background alongside the actual task. Nobody else in the building is paying that particular overhead. Weight it properly when choosing where to work, rather than treating personalities as incidental detail that a professional ought to be able to ignore.
Somebody has to be expecting you
Every physical habit you have managed to keep had another person built into it, and every one you abandoned did not. Stop testing your resolve against the version done alone, since that experiment has now been run enough times. Find the class, the training partner or the standing arrangement first and treat it as the prerequisite rather than as an optional social extra.
Ask who you would be sitting next to
What you produce depends more on your working relationships than on the nature of the work, which makes the composition of the team the single most predictive fact about any job you are considering. Ask to meet them before deciding. It reads as an odd request in an interview and it will tell you more about the next two years than the description of the role possibly can.
Doing your share, and knowing what your share is
You have a fine sense of what is fair between other people and a poor one about yourself, so your own share has quietly expanded for years without a decision anywhere. Work it out explicitly once, in hours. The measurement is the intervention, because the sense of fairness will act correctly the moment it has actual figures.
Scope that grew without an invoice
Additional tasks get absorbed into existing arrangements because renegotiating in the middle of something feels ungracious, and across a year the unbilled total is substantial enough to notice. The structural fix removes the need for nerve: agree at the outset what a change of scope triggers, in writing. After that the conversation happens automatically and nobody has to be the person who raised it.
Sharing the domestic load, actually
You want the arrangement at home to be even and you will not be the one to say it is not, which means an imbalance can run for years while you privately keep score. Put it on paper together, once, without accusation. A list is easier for you to produce than a complaint, and it does the same job.
