What you want most is the part you never mention
What you love runs Scorpio-deep and it goes to work in the 12th house, where nothing is visible. The wanting is strong, specific and almost entirely unspoken, and people who have known you for twenty years would not be able to name it.
Some of that is protection and some of it is a long-standing conclusion that what you want is too much to ask for. Neither has been examined recently. The desire has not diminished from being kept quiet; it has simply lost any route out.
You hold what other people cannot say
Confidences arrive with you and stay, and over the years you have accumulated a great deal that nobody else knows. People are right to trust you and nobody has ever asked what carrying it is like. Find one place to put some of it down, since you are the only person in this arrangement with nowhere to go.
An inner life of considerable size
The internal version of your life is far more vivid than the external one: what you have thought, decided, forgiven and refused, most of it never enacted. That is not a waste and it is not the same as living. Bring one thing out of it this year, into an actual conversation or an actual action, and see what happens.
Solitude keeps the intensity manageable
Without regular time entirely alone you become raw and reactive, because there is nowhere for the accumulation to go. This is a working requirement rather than a preference. Arrange it deliberately and defend it plainly, since everyone around you has learned that you cope and will keep filling any available space.
Suspicion that arrives without evidence
Your instinct for what people are concealing operates continuously, including when there is nothing there, and in private it can build into a conviction that has never been checked against anything. Ask the question out loud before it becomes a settled view, since the whole apparatus works far better when it is occasionally exposed to an actual answer.
The wanting you have decided is not allowed
There is something you want from a relationship that you have never asked for, on the grounds that it is too much, too strange or too revealing. The verdict was reached alone and a long time ago. Say it to somebody who has earned the trust, since it is almost certainly more ordinary than the years of silence have made it.
Work that deals in what is not said
You are drawn to occupations that handle concealed material: records, confidences, endings, the parts of an institution nobody writes about. The work suits you and it is heavy, and a good day in it produces nothing anybody could point at. Keep a private account of what you actually handled each month, since without one a decade of demanding work leaves no evidence at all that it happened.
Nobody knows the actual position
You keep your finances entirely to yourself, including from people whose lives depend on them, and the privacy has become reflexive rather than chosen. Tell one person the real figures. Not for advice, but so that the information exists somewhere outside your own head, which is the only reason this ever becomes a problem.
What is held down surfaces somewhere
Nothing you suppress here disperses; it goes into sleep, into the gut, into a fatigue with no obvious cause. Talking is unlikely to become your method, so use the physical route: hard, regular exertion, or work with the body directly. It moves what conversation would move, and it requires no disclosure whatsoever.
The thing you have never attempted
There is an ambition or an attachment you set aside long ago and have never revisited, and it has remained exactly where you left it. Look at it once, in specifics rather than in feeling: what would it actually require now. The answer is often smaller than the years of avoiding it would suggest.
