Venus in Pisces in the 11th House (House of Community)

Pisces says how Venus shows up; the 11th House says it happens in friends, community, future visions. Put the two together and you have the placement as it sits on a chart.

You are the one everybody tells things to

Your taste is Pisces-soft and it is spent on the people around you, so friendship here runs on acceptance. You take people as they are, you do not keep score, and within any group you rapidly become the one who receives what everybody else is carrying.

That makes you widely loved and it runs almost entirely one way. Your friends know a great deal about their own difficulties and rather little about yours, because you have never presented anything that required a response.

Causes taken up on feeling

What moves you to act is a particular person or image rather than an argument, and once moved you will give time, money and years without much calculation. That is a real commitment. Check occasionally that the thing works, since your route in is compassion and compassion is a poor judge of whether an organisation is effective.

Belonging loosely, and slightly outside

You are welcome everywhere and fully inside almost nothing: present at the edge of several circles, committed formally to none. That suits your dislike of being pinned down. It also means nobody counts you as theirs, so commit visibly to one thing, since the belonging you occasionally miss is entirely available and requires only a decision.

Asking for anything is the difficult part

You will do almost anything for a friend and find requesting the smallest thing genuinely uncomfortable, so your friendships are lopsided by your own design. People would help gladly. Ask one person for one concrete thing this month, since the imbalance persists only because it has never been interrupted.

You forgive the group too readily

When a circle treats you carelessly you explain it away, and the explanation is usually accurate and beside the point. Being understood is not the same as being treated well. Say something the next time it happens, since your generosity in interpretation has taught several groups that nothing they do will be raised.

Romance that grew out of being needed

Relationships here often begin because somebody was struggling and you were there, which produces a bond with an imbalance built into it from the first day. That is worth noticing early. Ask what the two of you would be if nothing were wrong, since the answer determines whether this becomes a partnership or stays a rescue.

A circle that knows the actual you

You are surrounded by people who are fond of an approximate version of you, because that is all you have offered. The remedy is small and specific: tell two of them something true and inconvenient about your own life. Being known by two people changes considerably more than being liked by thirty.

Giving money is the least of what is wanted

You support causes and friends financially with real generosity, and it is also the contribution that asks the least of you. Turning up is the harder one. Pick one thing this season where what you give is time in a room with people in it, and notice which of the two forms actually changes anything for anybody.

Your relatives cannot always find you

You are genuinely fond of your family and almost impossible to arrange anything with, and the two coexist without your noticing any tension between them. They tend to conclude that they are low on your list. One fixed call at the same hour each fortnight corrects an impression that has probably been forming for years, and costs about fifteen minutes.

A group can drain you without anybody noticing

An evening with the wrong people costs you more than a week alone, and you will attend anyway because declining feels unkind. Notice which company leaves you flat and which restores you, and act on the difference. Your capacity is genuinely finite and nobody else is in a position to see the meter.
