Booked before the conversation had finished
With Venus in Aries in the 9th house, wanting something and setting off towards it are nearly the same act. Travel, study, a foreign life, an argument about what matters: whatever widens the world attracts you, and it attracts you at the speed of a decision rather than a plan.
This is also where your affections go. You fall for what is unfamiliar and slightly out of reach, and the pull is strongest at the point where you cannot yet speak the language. Being a beginner somewhere is not a difficulty for you. It is the appeal.
Beliefs held at full temperature

It is an inefficient and genuinely effective method. Stop apologising for the absence of certificates. Do keep one written record of what you have actually learned, because the method leaves no paperwork and the knowledge is real.
A direction, held long enough to arrive somewhere
The material here is enormous and the risk is a life of magnificent departures. What turns motion into a story is holding one bearing while the destinations change: the same question pursued across several countries and jobs. You do not have to settle anywhere. You do have to keep asking the same thing, or the movement stops adding up to anything.
Keep the world large and the person close
You need a partner who does not shrink your radius, and you need to stop testing whether they will by disappearing without much notice. Both can be arranged in the open. Say what you need in the way of freedom, ask what they need in the way of warning, and the whole recurring argument of your love life turns into a logistical detail.
Work with a horizon in it
Roles that involve travel, foreign counterparts, teaching, publishing or anything with unfamiliar territory in it hold you far longer than a good local job ever will. When a position stops widening you become difficult to employ within about a year. Take the international variant of any offer, even at a small cost. It is not restlessness; it is the fuel supply.
Friends scattered across several countries
Your address book is unusually wide and unusually thin in the middle: intense friendships formed abroad, kept alive in bursts, resumed instantly after two years of silence. That is a real and unusual talent. The thing it does not do by itself is give you somebody five minutes away on a bad Tuesday, so cultivate two local ones on purpose.
Money spent on going, not on having
Your spending goes into experience and distance rather than into objects, which is a defensible way to use a life and leaves nothing behind by design. Fund it properly instead of improvising each time. A dedicated travel account, filled steadily, converts the recurring guilt about big trips into a straightforward yes and buys you the better version of each one.
