Your actual gift is that other people can see, from watching you, that a different version of a life is available — you have been quietly issuing permission for years without ever framing it as such. The task attached to it is transmission: range that stays inside one person dies with them. Teaching one thing you have learned to somebody who is stuck is the whole assignment, and it is not a detour from the wandering.
Friends from everywhere, arranged by nothing
Your people come from unrelated places and have almost nothing in common except you, which makes for a network that is wide, genuinely interesting and structurally fragile, since nobody holds any of it together except you. When you are busy for a season, several of those friendships simply stop. Interest survives on being shown something new
