Two things asking the same question: where do you end
Uranus in Pisces is shared climate across a whole span of birth years, dissolving the border between what is real and what is imagined; the twelfth house is the street number, and it is already the part of the chart with the least definition in it.
Nothing here is diluted, which is why the question of where you end and everything else begins is the central fact of your life rather than one theme in it. Moods, images, other people's states and material with no identifiable origin all arrive without passing through anything that would sort them.
The change happens and then you notice
Internal shifts here are not decided; they are discovered. You realise you have felt differently about something for months, or that a position you held has quietly gone. Nothing marked the transition. Reviewing twice a year what has actually changed since you last looked is the practice that returns some of the noticing to you.
Everything gets in and nothing gets sorted
Other people's moods, the atmosphere of a place, things you read weeks ago: all of it enters and none of it is labelled, so by the evening you are carrying material and cannot say which parts are yours. That is the actual mechanism rather than sensitivity in general. Deliberate solitude between one setting and the next does more here than any amount of resilience.
The permission to close the door
What you will not do is make yourself unavailable, because a closed door feels like a refusal of somebody. So the openness runs continuously and there is nowhere it stops. Being uncontactable for a fixed stretch, arranged in advance rather than taken in a crisis, is the exercise, and it is the single most restorative thing on this page.
An inner life with no walls in it
What builds here, at its best, is an interior that nothing has been shut out of: enormous range, real compassion, an ability to be with almost anything. That is rare and it is not free. Protecting it requires the one thing that does not come naturally, which is a limit somewhere, because an interior with no edges eventually has no centre either.
Anything you take affects you at half the dose
Your system responds disproportionately to whatever goes into it — medication, alcohol, caffeine, a change of routine — and the standard quantity is frequently too much for you. That is a physical fact rather than an impression. Saying so to anybody prescribing or pouring, before rather than afterwards, saves a great deal, and it is worth being unembarrassed about because it will not be guessed.
People tell you things and then avoid you
Strangers disclose a great deal to you very quickly, and a proportion of them are subsequently uncomfortable about having done it and quietly withdraw. Neither part is your doing. Being slightly less receptive at a first meeting, deliberately, is not a betrayal of your nature and it keeps more of the connections you would actually have wanted.
You are in love with somebody who is not quite there
The person you are attached to and the person in the room have a tendency to come apart here: you fill in what is missing, you supply the interpretation, and the version you love is partly assembled by you. That is not naivety and it is very hard to see from inside. Asking a friend who knows both of you to describe them plainly is the cheapest available correction and it is worth doing early.
Somebody in the family needed a great deal
There was a person in the household who required more than their share of everything — through difficulty, temperament or a situation nobody could change — and the arrangement built around them shaped your childhood more than anybody acknowledged at the time. You adapted early and completely. Noticing which of your adult habits are still that adaptation is worth an afternoon, and several of them will turn out to be.
You take the work home whether or not you want to
Whatever is happening at work comes with you: the mood, the unresolved thing, the person who was difficult. There is no mechanism that leaves it at the door. That makes the choice of where you work a health decision as much as a professional one, and it argues strongly for a setting you would be content to carry around.
