Two things at once: inside the institution and against it
You are a serious professional inside an established structure, and you are steadily replacing how that structure operates from within it. Both of those are entirely true at the same time, and neither one of them is a cover story for the other.
Uranus in Capricorn is common material across a whole span of birth years and reforms structures from within; the tenth house, decided by your birth hour, is already the part of the chart that governs institutions and public standing. Nothing dilutes it, which is why authority and its reform have been the organising subject of your working life rather than one theme in it.
The credentials are real and they are also a method
You acquired the qualifications, the position and the manner deliberately, and you did it because they buy access to rooms where things are decided. That is not cynicism; the competence is genuine. It does mean the standing was always instrumental, and it is worth being honest with yourself about what you intended to do with it.
Being taken seriously first is the whole advantage
Because you present as the safe appointment, you are granted latitude that a visible dissenter would never be given, and you can make changes that would have been blocked outright had anybody expected them from you. That is a rare and genuinely effective position to occupy. It also works only for as long as the presentation holds, which is worth weighing carefully before any argument you are tempted to have in public.
The permission to want it for yourself
What you will not do is pursue a position simply because you want it, without an institutional justification attached. Ambition has to be dressed as service. Saying plainly, once, that you want a particular thing for your own reasons is the exercise, and it is considerably harder than any of the reforms.
An institution that works differently now
What builds here is the least attributable achievement available: organisations that operate better because you were inside them, with almost no trace of who did it. That is the price of the method rather than an oversight. Deciding in advance what single change you intend a position to produce is what keeps the campaign from dissolving into competent administration.
Nobody will ever hand you the mandate
The changes you want to make will not be authorised in advance, because an institution cannot formally commission its own reform. You will always be acting slightly ahead of your permission, and every significant thing you have achieved was done that way. That is workable and it is not free: it means you carry the risk personally. Deciding what you would accept losing, before you begin, is the only preparation that has ever mattered.
You are somebody's example without knowing it
There is at least one person junior to you who has been watching how you conduct yourself and taking it as the model, and you have almost certainly never been told. It is the most durable influence you have and it operates entirely without your involvement. Being deliberate about one visible thing — how you handle being wrong, say — is worth more to them than any advice you could offer if asked.
You would rather have the position than the money
Offered a choice between a better salary and a better title, you take the title, every time, because standing compounds and cash does not. The reasoning is sound over a career and it has left you consistently underpaid at every individual point in it. Taking both is available more often than you assume; asking for the money as well, once the title is agreed, meets far less resistance than asking for it instead.
They see the position and not the purpose
Your family understand that you have done well and have no idea what you have actually been trying to change, because the reform half of it has never been described to anybody. To them it is a career. Saying what you were attempting, once and specifically, gives them something to be proud of that is closer to the truth than the title.
You will not be seen to be unwell
Being visibly below full capacity is intolerable in a position like yours, so you work through things other people would stay home for and nobody ever finds out. The reputation for never faltering is now part of the standing itself. That is precisely why an actual problem would go unattended for months. Telling one person at work the truth about a bad week, purely as a rehearsal, is worth doing while nothing serious is happening.
