The sign at home, and the Sun least so
Sun in Aquarius in the 11th house puts the sign in the room it governs, where the group rather than the individual is the organising unit. You know who you are through what you belong to and what you are working toward with other people. You need a collective worth being defined by.
Traditional astrology places the Sun in detriment in Aquarius, and older texts read this pairing as the Sun at its least comfortable. Schools weigh dignity differently; this site reads it as describing a self that forms through the group rather than against it, which is a different arrangement rather than a weaker one.
Friendship is the primary bond
For most people friendship is one category among several; for you it is the main one, and partners, colleagues and relatives all get assessed by whether they could also be friends. That is a coherent way to organise a life. It does mean the end of a friendship registers as a serious loss rather than as a social adjustment, and you should treat it accordingly.
The cause has to be larger than the room
What holds you in a group is not the company but the thing it is aiming at: the change, the standard, the world it is trying to bring about. Purely social membership empties out for you within a year. Choose your collectives by what they are for, and accept that this makes you a demanding member.
Everybody and nobody in particular
You give attention widely and evenly, which is genuinely democratic and can leave every individual person with a slightly thin portion. Somebody in your life has probably wondered whether they matter more than the group does. Answer that question for two or three people explicitly, because your behaviour alone will never settle it.
Having a name of your own
A self assembled entirely out of memberships and causes has nothing left when a group disbands, and this configuration is unusually exposed to that. Build one thing that is yours alone: a body of work, a skill, a position you hold under your own name. It is not a retreat from the collective, it is what you bring to it.
The network is the life
Your friendships are not a support to your life, they are the substance of it, and that is worth arranging around rather than fitting in. Give them calendar time equivalent to what other people give a marriage. The circle you have built is the achievement, and it needs maintaining like any other structure.
Work with the group as the point
Cooperatives, movements, professional communities, open collaboration: structures where the collective owns the result suit you better than any individual advancement. Solitary competition leaves you flat regardless of the reward. Choose the work where the credit is shared, and stop treating that preference as a lack of ambition. Ask how decisions actually get made before you join anything, since a cooperative with one dominant voice is simply a hierarchy that talks differently.
A partner who is also a friend
What you want is somebody who would still be in your life if the romance ended, and you will not accept a relationship built on anything narrower. Say that early, since it is an unusual criterion and a legible one. It also means you should watch the reverse: a friendship you have quietly promoted without telling either of you.
Held in common where possible
Cooperative ownership, shared resources and collective funds appeal to you on principle and work when the administration is taken seriously. Get the governance written at the start: who decides, who signs, what happens when somebody leaves. Idealism plus paperwork is durable, and idealism alone reliably ends in a rupture. Write the exit terms while everybody still likes each other, because that is the only period in which anybody will agree to them.
One thing under your own name
Belonging is where your meaning comes from, and a life composed entirely of memberships leaves you without a position of your own to stand on. Build the individual thing alongside rather than instead. Somewhere there should be work that would still exist if every group you belong to dissolved tomorrow. Give it two hours a week under your own name, protected from every group obligation you have.
