You are good at staying, which is why long stretches of your life have continued unchanged without anything going wrong in them. That record is what makes the pattern hard to see, because nothing in it looks like a mistake. Ask what you would be doing if the current arrangement ended tomorrow. The answer tends to be specific and to have been waiting quite a while.
Endurance is not the same as information
Your body is durable and undemanding, which has meant it almost never gets consulted about anything at all. Say one small physical complaint to somebody this month, however trivial it seems. Naming it is what turns endurance back into information.
