Count the times you changed your whole position
Count how often you have thrown out a belief system entirely, not adjusted it. Twice, probably more. Pluto in Sagittarius in the 1st house wires conviction straight into the person, so what you believe is not an opinion you hold, it is the shape other people meet.
Two different scales are stacked in this placement. The Sagittarius half belongs to a birth cohort spanning many years, because Pluto crosses a sign that slowly, and it describes a period rather than an individual. The 1st house half was set by the hour you arrived, and it is the part that is specifically about you: the searching is not aimed at religion or at travel out there somewhere, it is aimed at what kind of person you are willing to be.
What people meet, and what they underestimate
Warmth arrives first, and considerable directness behind it. People relax, and then discover that you meant the thing you said and are prepared to act on it at cost. The friendliness is genuine and it is not the main event. Underestimating you is common, brief, and generally expensive for whoever did it.
The doctrine that was handed to you
There was a framework in the house you grew up in, religious or political or simply a firm account of how the world works, and it was not presented as one option among several. You did not inherit the content, you inherited the requirement that there be a content. The need for a total explanation arrived long before any particular explanation did.
Certainty is where this jams
When you believe something you believe it completely, and while that lasts you cannot hear a serious objection. Then the whole structure fails at once and you are left with nothing, which is a very expensive way to update. Try holding one position provisionally this year, in writing, with the conditions that would change it listed underneath.
Build one road you would still defend
The demolition is not the achievement, even though it is the part you are good at. Anybody can find the hole in the official story. What is rare is putting something honest in the space afterwards and standing next to it for years. Pick the one thing you would still argue for after every other conviction has been dismantled.
Faith you had to forge rather than receive
Nothing you were given survived intact, and everything you now hold was tested to the point of breaking first. That is why your convictions have weight when you state them, and why the intervening periods were genuinely bleak. Keep a record of what you believed before each collapse. It will stop you treating the current position as final.
You raise the temperature of any group
You ask the question the gathering was politely avoiding, and afterwards either the conversation gets much better or somebody stops speaking to you. Both outcomes are common. Aim the question at the idea rather than at the person holding it, since you rarely intend the second and it is what people remember.
Hips, liver, and the cost of overshooting
The pattern here is running past your own limits because the thing was meaningful, and the limits are not negotiable simply because the cause was good. It surfaces in the hips and the liver, and in appetite that swings with belief. Set the boundary before you commit to the project, not once you are inside it.
You need to be believed, not just wanted
Attraction alone does not hold you. What holds you is somebody who takes your position seriously enough to argue with it and stays for the argument. What breaks it is being humoured. If you have started explaining less at home, that is the signal, and it is worth raising before the explaining stops entirely.
You left, and the leaving was the point
At some stage you departed from what the family believed, in a way that could not be described as a phase, and it changed your standing permanently. You do not owe them a return to the old position. You can go back with genuine warmth and no concession, and it is worth doing before circumstances choose the timing.
