Nobody knows how much of this is going on
A Virgo Moon in the 12th house runs a continuous internal review that never appears anywhere. What you said, how it landed, what should have been done differently: all of it is examined privately and none of it is visible, so you appear calm while a considerable operation is under way.
That has one advantage worth naming. The scrutiny stays out of other people's lives, which spares them the correction and leaves them with a version of you that is easy to be around, while you carry the whole of it alone.
The help is given and never mentioned
The problem removed before it reached anybody, the thing quietly fixed, the arrangement adjusted so that somebody's week went better: your service is real and largely untraceable. It also means that when you are absent, several things stop working and nobody knows why, which is worth pointing out at least once. Say it as information rather than as a complaint, since people genuinely cannot value what they have never been shown.
The worry has no external form
Anxiety here stays inside: not discussed, not written down, simply running. Because it never gets outside your head, it also never gets checked against reality, and a concern that would collapse in thirty seconds of conversation survives for years. Getting it onto paper is not a small measure; it is the actual intervention.
You correct yourself in a way you would not correct anybody
The standard applied internally is harsher than anything you would say to another person, and it operates continuously and without evidence. Nobody would tolerate hearing it. Notice that the tone of the internal account is a fact about the mechanism rather than about your performance, since the mechanism reports the same thing regardless.
Leave one thing entirely uninspected
Pick something and decline to review it: an exchange, a piece of work, a day. Do not go back over it. The discomfort is brief and the finding is that the reviewing was never producing anything, which is difficult to establish while the reviewing continues to feel like diligence. Choose something already finished and low-stakes, since the exercise is about the reviewing rather than about the outcome.
Worry with no outlet lands in the body
What never gets said out loud goes into the body instead: tension carried through months nobody knew were difficult, digestion that files its report before you file yours, sleep that shortens with no nameable worry attached. Medicine is not a chart's business and this is not really a medical matter either. It is an outlet problem, and the outlet is one person hearing a partial account on a regular schedule rather than a complete one at a crisis.
Being kind to the person doing the work
You would not speak to anybody else the way the internal commentary speaks to you, and it runs all day without being questioned. Changing it is slow and it starts with noticing the tone rather than arguing with the content. The content is usually detailed, plausible and beside the point. Ask how you would put the same observation to a colleague you respected, and use that wording instead.
The difficulties never get raised
Rather than tell a partner something is wrong, you examine whether you are being reasonable, conclude that you might not be, and say nothing. The matter continues and the examination continues with it. Raise it while you are still unsure whether it is fair, since certainty is a standard nothing personal ever reaches.
You go over the evening afterwards
Company is enjoyed and then reviewed: what you said, whether it landed, the moment that was slightly wrong. That is why socialising costs you more than it appears to. The review is not information-gathering, since it never changes anything, and it can be interrupted by writing down the three things you would have changed and stopping there.
You were the one who noticed everything
In the household you registered the details nobody else did: what was going wrong, who was struggling, which explanation did not fit. You said very little about any of it. That watchfulness was useful and it started early, and it is worth asking whether the situation that required it still exists. Vigilance acquired at eight is rarely reviewed at forty, and it is still running at the same setting.
