Moon in Pisces in the 11th House (House of Community)

Pisces says how Moon shows up; the 11th House says it happens in friends, community, future visions. Put the two together and you have the placement as it sits on a chart.

The atmosphere of the group becomes your own

A Pisces Moon in the 11th house has almost no separation between the state of a circle and your own state. A group at ease leaves you restored and a group with something unresolved in it leaves you carrying that thing for a fortnight without having been party to it.

What people receive from you is being genuinely felt: their difficulty registers with you before they have described it, and they know it. Very few groups contain anybody who does that, which is why so much arrives at your door.

You are the one everybody confides in

Within a group you become the place difficult things get taken: the friend halfway out of a marriage, the one who cannot say it to anybody else, the person who has been holding something for months. You take it in properly rather than politely, which is why it keeps arriving. Nobody in the circle has any idea how much you are holding at any given time, and nobody will ask unless you say.

Causes reach you through individuals

Abstract commitments do not hold you and a particular person's situation does, so your involvement in anything larger tends to begin with somebody you actually met. That is a legitimate route and it keeps the work real. It also means you can be drawn into far more than you can sustain. Set the number of things you are involved in before you meet the next person whose situation reaches you.

Your own place in the group is unstated

You attend to everybody else's position in a circle and never establish your own, so you can be central to a group and privately unsure whether you belong to it. Nobody has been withholding anything. Ask for something, once, since being needed and being wanted feel identical from where you are standing.

Leave one gathering early on purpose

Go, be present, and depart before you are depleted rather than after. What you are practising is a limit that has nothing to do with how much anybody needs you, which is the only kind that holds here. The group will manage, and you will have an evening left afterwards. Decide the hour before you go, since a departure negotiated in the moment will be talked out of you within minutes.

Everybody's difficulties arrive at your door

Your circle brings you things it brings nobody else, and you take them in completely rather than politely. That is why people stay close to you and why a busy month socially can leave you flattened for no visible reason. Count the listening as expenditure, since nothing else in your accounting does.

Somebody from within the circle

Feelings here arrive through proximity and go unnamed for a long time, so a friendship can have quietly become something else while both of you continue describing it the old way. Nothing was concealed; nothing was said either. Name it earlier than is comfortable, and accept that the naming may end the friendship, since the alternative is a slow ambiguity that eventually damages the whole circle.

Work with a cause behind it

You last longest in work with somebody identifiable at the end of it: the charity with actual beneficiaries, the cooperative, the project where you can name who is better off. Neutral commercial roles drain you at a rate that surprises everybody including you. Judge an opportunity by who it is for, and take a colleague who enjoys contracts and deadlines, since those will otherwise close the whole thing down.

Hopes that have never been specified

There is a picture of how things ought to be that you have carried for years, vivid in feeling and entirely without detail: no date, no place, nothing anybody could act on. Its size is not the difficulty. Put one version on paper with specifics in it, however crude, because a hope that has never been described cannot be pursued and will simply keep being felt.

Your friends became the family that fitted

Somewhere along the way a circle assembled that does what a family is supposed to do, and it has probably mattered more to you than the given one. That construction was not accidental. Say so to the people involved, since being told they are family is not something anybody guesses at. Naming it aloud also gives those friendships a standing they can be held to, which protects them during the years when everybody is busy.
