Somebody asks a small question and gets an answer
Ask a simple question and you get considerably more than was requested. Mars in Sagittarius in the 3rd house makes ordinary conversation expansive: the tangent, the larger point, the version with everything included, delivered at a pace that leaves the original enquiry somewhere behind.
The sign is why the scale is generous and the house is why it happens in daily exchange. That makes you excellent company and occasionally exhausting, and it means the person who wanted a yes or no has now been talking to you for twenty minutes and enjoyed it.
Always, never, everyone
Under any heat your language inflates and the words that arrive are absolute. You do not mean them at that size and everybody present hears them at that size, and they survive in memory long after your feeling has passed. Scale is the only correction needed here. The content of what you say has rarely been the problem.
Promised in the moment, remembered by them
Your enthusiasm produces commitments: the visit, the introduction, the thing you said you would sort out. They were meant at the time and about a third of them do not survive contact with the calendar. Write them down as you make them. Your intentions are genuine and your reputation is being built on the follow-through rather than the offer.
The local area is not local
Your idea of nearby extends further than most people's, so the errand becomes a drive, the walk becomes an afternoon, and you know a radius rather than a street. That restlessness in the immediate environment is where a lot of your energy goes, and it works better as a habit than as an escape valve.
Learning by argument and by going there
You take in a subject by disagreeing with it out loud and then by encountering it directly, and almost nothing sticks from reading alone. That is worth designing around rather than treating as a lack of discipline. Find somebody to argue with about it, then go and see the thing, and the material becomes permanent.
The friend who makes plans that actually happen
Your circle does things because you propose them at a volume that makes refusal effortful, and several of the best days people around you have had began with one of your suggestions. Keep proposing. Add the boring half: confirm the details in writing, because the enthusiasm gets everybody as far as agreeing and no further.
A view supplied before it was requested
You say what you think about a relative's decision plainly and early, out of genuine interest rather than judgement, and it is very frequently received as the second of those. The gap between the two is entirely in the timing rather than in the content. Ask whether they want your opinion before producing it. The question takes three seconds and it completely changes how the identical sentence lands afterwards.
Somebody has to write down what you said
Your best professional work happens out loud and leaves no trace, so the decision taken three weeks later, by people reading notes, is made without any of it. That is a mechanical problem rather than a failure of persuasion. Send two paragraphs after any conversation that mattered, on the same day, in your own words. It is the least interesting habit available to you and it is worth more than another meeting.
The discount everybody applies to you
You inflate for emphasis rather than to mislead, and after enough years the people around you automatically scale down everything you say, including the parts that were entirely accurate. That is an expensive habit with a cheap correction. Say the true size and let it stand on its own without any reinforcement. Understatement from somebody with your natural volume is unexpectedly powerful and almost nobody has heard you use it.
The declaration made early and meant
You say large things at the beginning of a relationship and you mean every word at the time, and somebody who takes language literally will hold you to a version of you that existed for one evening. Match the words to the stage you are actually at. It is less romantic and considerably less painful later.
