The heat goes into an argument nobody heard

Freedom taken rather than requested
Rather than negotiating for room you simply take it: the hours unaccounted for, the decision made alone, the part of your life nobody has been shown. It is not deception and it functions as a distance people can feel and cannot locate. Ask openly for what you are already taking, and it costs half as much.
The company of your own head
You are genuinely good company for yourself and can go a long time without needing anybody, which is a real capacity and makes it easy to drift out of contact with people who matter. Notice the drift as a pattern rather than as a season, and put two standing arrangements in the calendar that survive it.
The head does not switch off on its own
Your fatigue is cognitive rather than physical and it will not respond to rest, because the thinking continues through it. What interrupts the loop is something that occupies attention completely: an activity with a rhythm, a task with hands in it, a place with no signal. Book one a week and treat it as the actual remedy rather than as recreation.
The good idea that was never dated
You reach conclusions privately, mention them once in passing, and watch somebody else arrive at the same place two years later with the credit attached. Nothing about that is unfair; there is simply no record. Write the thought down, send it to one person, and keep the date. That is the whole of the correction.
The view you decided not to introduce
You form clear conclusions about how the relationship is going and keep nearly all of them, which leaves a partner working without the one piece of information that would let them act differently. From your side it is consideration; from theirs it is a door that was closed without anybody being told. Bring one out this month, unresolved and unpolished, and let it be discussed rather than settled privately in advance.
You stopped explaining some time ago
At some point you decided your family would not understand and quietly stopped attempting it, and the silence has been mistaken for contentment ever since. That decision may have been accurate and it has not been retested in a very long time. Try one honest account with one relative, chosen for being the most likely to manage it.
An arrangement only you can operate
Your finances are unusual, entirely private, and structured in a way that makes sense to exactly one person. That is fine while you are available and a genuine problem the moment anybody else has to act. Write a plain operating description, leave it somewhere findable, and tell one person it exists. Nothing about the privacy has to change for that to be true.
